Client Concierge– Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments or transferring the call to the correct department
– Scanning, filing and other administrative duties
– Keep up to date client database and pertinent informationThis company holds many prospect speaking events and client events throughout the year, our Client Concierge takes ownership of the logistics and customer service of these events. This position requires a person who is NOT afraid to introduce themselves and maintain conversation with prospective clients. This position becomes the primary contact for clients who call the office.
Client Service Associate– Promotes products and services by taking in-bound calls and service requests from our clients– Utilize appropriate techniques to encourage a good client relationship and enhance the client exprience– Consistently upgrades product knowledge in order to help drive business productivity– Completes paperwork, applications, transfers, rollovers, distributions and contract deliveries – Banking/Finance industry experience preferred
